We carefully screen our transfer maids and experienced helpers through the MOM portal to ensure that their employment history aligns with what they declared when they signed up with our agency. We also conduct additional checks to ensure there is no negative feedback from their past employment.

Here is how it works when you engage Honest Recruiter to hire a helper; -

Step 1

⦁ Contact us via WhatsApp and provide us with your requirements and specific needs.
⦁ We will send you matching candidates to shortlist.
⦁ We will advise you on the requirements to hire a domestic helper as per MOM guidelines.

Step 2

⦁ Interview shortlisted candidates via WhatsApp Video conference call at a time of your convenient.
⦁ If the helper is in Singapore, we can also arrange for the helper to meet you in person after the initial video interview.

Step 3

⦁ Upon confirmation and acceptance of a hiring, we will provide you with a form to fill up to start the application process.
⦁ We will seek your authorization and confirmation of the hiring via MOM portal.
⦁ With your authorization, we will submit the application to MOM.

Step 4

⦁ Upon MOM’s approval of the application, we will update you and liaise with you on the date the helper can arrive at your residence for her first day of work.
⦁ We will manage all required before and after administration and logistics for the hiring. (Purchase of Insurance / Security Bond, medical check, MOM card registration, the opening of a payroll bank account)

Step 5

⦁ Our team will send the helper to your residence to report for work at a time that is most convenient for you to receive her.
